Giclee (pronounced "zhe-clay") is a French word which roughly translates as "to spray". The giclee printing process involves spraying microscopic dots of ink onto fine quality paper or canvas, in this case with a high-quality ink jet printer. The result is a fine art print that is often indistinguishable from those created with traditional photographic methods.
